If you change your mind for whatever reason, please contact us to arrange to return the unused item(s) in original packaging and condition to ‘DISCOUNT TOWING LTD' accompanied with the receipt / invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.
We do NOT charge a re-stocking fee for items returned under this policy. See "returning goods" below for further details
Prices and VAT
All prices displayed are in GBP sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. On the rare occasion where there is an error on our website, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices consistant, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. vat), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.

A standard delivery charge of £4.95 applies to all orders under £20.00 delivered to UK Mainland or Isle of Wight addresses (including inland Scottish Highland addresses). Orders to these addresses of £20 or over in value are delivered free of charge by our standard economy service. |
SCOTTISH OFFSHORE ISLES
A standard delivery charge of £18.95 applies to all orders delivered to the Isles of Lewis, Scalpay, Harris, Uist, Benbecula, Barra, Arran, Orkney, Bute, Gigha, Islay, Jura, Mull, Colonsay, Iona, Tiree, Coll, Eigg, Rhum, Canna and the Shetland Isles. |

A standard delivery charge of £24.95 applies to all orders delivered to Northern Ireland with a BT postcode. |

Standard Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your goods as quickly as possible however at busy times, orders despatched on our standard delivery service may take up to 10 working days for delivery. We define working days as Monday to Friday.
Expedited Delivery Options
For more urgent orders we offer an expedited delivery service for delivery within 2 working days (4 working days for Northern Ireland). Charges for this service are dependant on delivery zone and are clearly displayed when choosing your delivery service at checkout. Certain items such as Caddy Trailers are not available by expedited delivery.
Online Ordering
Use of the online checkout is your proposal to purchase goods at the value given at checkout. Any order confirmation email indicates receipt of your proposal and does not constitute a contract. We reserve the right to reject any proposal of purchase should stock be unavailable or an error in pricing. We will absolutely not honour any orders made by use of the website in any way that it is not designed for. This includes but is not limited to: loopholes and exploits, use of cached pages, pricing error or any attempt to order goods below our normal selling price.
Payment
Payment may be made online with most UK credit/debit cards through our secure checkout. We take your privacy and security very seriously and all orders are fully encrypted between being entered on our website to being verified and processed. We can also accept credit/debit card orders over the telephone.
Guarantee
We only stock Towing Brackets with a LIFETIME GUARANTEE against fault provided by the Towing Bracket Manufacturer. See the manufacturer’s own termas and conditions for full details of their lifetime guarantee. All other products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met by us after inspection of the item.
Stock Availability
We aim to hold all items in stock, however should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.
Damaged or Missing Items
All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt on 0500 206060. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing, unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses occurred due to late or incomplete deliveries.
Returning Goods
All goods returned must be clearly labelled and include full documentation, including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company - please call us on 0500 206060 to arrange your return.. Goods returned without notice may not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our Customer Service department may advise you to return the item via post, or alternatively arrange for a collection of faulty goods through our carrier.
All other goods must be returned at the senders' expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum weight of 30kg) from Mainland UK. Please contact us for a quote for collection from areas outside of Mainland UK.
Cancelling your Order
Should you wish to cancel your order before you have received it, please contact us on 0500 206060 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been despatched it will be possible to cancel your order for a full refund. If the parcel has already been despatched, depending on its status, the carriage charge is non-refundable as this will have been charged to us by the courier used to deliver your order. One of our customer service operators will be able to advise further.

Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that goods will confirm in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
