The PCD, or Pitch Circle Diameter is the diameter of the circle passing through the stud centres
For a 4-stud wheel, simply measure between diagonally opposing stud centres, passing through the centre of the rim. For a 5-stud wheel the PCD can be calculated with measurement "X" - the distance between two adjecent stud centres (see diagram). Multiply measurement X by 1.7012 to calculate the PCD.
So, for 5-Stud Wheels, PCD = Length "X" x 1.7012
